UFHC and Chicago Atlantic Trident have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The meeting was attended by Ievgen Metsger, Chairman of Management Board at UFHC, and Konstantinos Nakis, Partner and President of Chicago Atlantic Trident.
The meeting was also participated by Dmytro Lampert, Partner at Chicago Atlantic Trident Partner, and Sergiy Tsivkach, Chicago Atlantic Trident Managing Partner in Ukraine.
The parties discussed further cooperation, including support and consulting on Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts and the development of the construction industry, with a particular focus on the development of affordable residential housing across the country.
“It is important for us to share our experience with investors of this scale, as immediate real estate development is critical for Ukraine. With Chicago Atlantic’s support, we will be able to improve our ongoing projects and develop new builds. We will also share our own experience in modern mortgage lending, including the digital mortgage model ‘yeOselia’”, – said Ievgen Metsger.
“We are glad to provide practical advice to UFHC on modern mechanisms of investment attraction in the affordable housing sector. We endeavour to support as many Ukrainian businesses, residents and reconstruction projects as possible in both the short and long term” – said Konstantinos Nakis.
The parties also discussed the opportunity to provide support in analyzing and improving affordable mortgage products, tools and mechanisms for financing affordable housing projects, and building additional investor support.
