Ievgen Metsger, Chairman of the Board of UFHC took part in the business forum “On the Road to URC-2025” in Milan

The event brought together 550 international companies and is a key stage in the preparation for the fourth Ukraine Recovery Conference URC 2025 in Rome, Italy.

The Chairman of the Board of UFHC took part in the working panel on infrastructure and housing policy. The participants discussed the needs of Ukraine, including the provision of housing for the affected population.

During the working discussion, Ievgen Metsger shared his experience of the Ukrainian housing and mortgage market in terms of the yeOselia program, which has become the leader of the mortgage market in the country. He also spoke about the prospects for attracting foreign and domestic investment to implement an effective housing policy in Ukraine.

“Restoring Ukraine’s housing sector is a social necessity and at the same time a powerful driver of economic development. The yeOselia program plays a key role in providing affordable mortgages for Ukrainians and stimulating the construction industry. Raising domestic financial resources secured by government bonds allows us to maintain low mortgage rates and favorable conditions for Ukrainians, and cooperation with international financial institutions will further expand affordable housing programs,” said Ievgen Metsger.
