Private houses, townhouses and new opportunities for veterans – ‘yeOselia’ terms and conditions to be expanded next year
Under the state affordable mortgage program, private houses, duplexes and townhouses will be mortgaged. The Government has adopted the relevant amendments to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 856. They will come into force 30 days after their publication. The age requirements for houses are the same as for apartments, depending on the category

‘yeOselia’ issued mortgage loans for over UAH 2 billion
Under affordable mortgage program ‘yeOselia’, 1508 families were able to purchase their own housing worth over UAH 2060.5 million. Most loans were granted to contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and law enforcement officers – 1204. Also, 141 doctors, 141 teachers and 22 scientists took advantage of the program at 3% per annum.
