UFHC held online training sessions for its employees together with J.P. Morgan, aimed at strengthening the team’s understanding of key financial instruments used on global mortgage markets.
During the sessions, J.P. Morgan experts explained:
- covered bonds — how this type of mortgage-backed instrument works, what regulations apply, and what global trends look like;
- asset-backed securities (ABS) — how such securities are created, what they are used for, and how the market is regulated.
Participants also had the opportunity to ask practical questions and clarify details during Q&A sessions.
This training is an important step in preparing UFHC for future capital-market activities and for developing modern financial tools that can support Ukraine’s mortgage market and the growth of the YeOselya program.
