The team of PJSC UFHC held a working meeting with commanders of the 8th Corps of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — one of the most combat-capable units of the Ukrainian army.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Commander of the 8th Corps, Hero of Ukraine Pavlo Rozlach, Head of Logistics of the Corps Andrii Hyrych, and representative of the Civil-Military Cooperation group of the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade Serhii Kravets.
During the meeting, the parties discussed:
- developing effective communication channels to inform servicemembers about available housing purchase instruments;
- opportunities to expand access for military personnel to the state affordable mortgage program yeOselia;
- intensifying local compensation programs for military personnel and combining them with the mechanisms of the yeOselia program (brigades of the Corps are stationed, among others, in the Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, and Rivne regions);
- further cooperation and coordination of efforts to increase housing affordability for Ukraine’s defenders.
“Since its launch, the yeOselia program has been available to servicemen. Local compensation programs also play an important role in increasing its accessibility, as they help further reduce the financial burden and expand housing opportunities for Ukraine’s defenders,” said Ievgen Metsger, Chairman of the Management Board of UFHC.
It should be recalled that the government has updated the terms of the yeOselia program. According to the amendments introduced by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 856, starting January 11, 2026, servicemen mobilized during martial law are eligible for the preferential mortgage rate of 3% annually, on the same terms as contract servicemen.
