In other regions where the program operates, these categories can choose an apartment or a private house for up to 3 years. IDPs can purchase housing with a mortgage for up to 10 years throughout Ukraine at 7% per annum. If a person belongs to this category by profession and has IDP status, he or she must choose one of the benefits when applying for a mortgage.
