Teams of A&M and UFHC will work together to improve the institutional capacity of UFHC, which will give an additional boost to the development of the Ukrainian mortgage market.
The consulting company will help to analyze the structure of the Company and select the optimal bridge financing models. As a result, UFHC will be able to attract additional resources in the global market in the future. This cooperation was made possible within the framework of the Memorandum signed at the International Conference on Ukraine’s Recovery (URC 2023) in London.
The first stage of A&M’s work will be the diagnostics and assessment of the Ukrainian Financial Housing Company (Due Diligence). It involves a detailed analysis of eight blocks: assessment of business strategy and corporate governance, legal and accounting specifics, business model and commercial activities, operating model, finance and HR, capital structure and financing, regulatory policy and risk management, communication and marketing strategy.
Recently, representatives of UFHC met with representatives of the international company Alvarez & Marsal. The parties presented the teams that will work within the project, assessed the scope of consulting work and drew up a roadmap for the next 90 days.
