Chairman of Management Board at UFHC emphasized this during the round table in Lviv “Opportunities and prospects of the state program ‘yeOselia’ for the housing market in Ukraine and Lviv region”.
The event was attended by representatives of PJSC “Ukrainian Financial Housing Company”, Lviv Regional State Administration, construction business and banks. More than 10 developers, partner banks and other stakeholders joined the discussion on improving and expanding the capabilities of the ‘yeOselia’ program.
Ievgen Metsger, Chairman of Management Board at UFHC, thanked all participants and partners for their interest and involvement in the ‘yeOselia’ mortgage program. “I thank everyone who joined our meeting today. Together we will be able to create the most favorable conditions for our citizens to stay in Ukraine, build the country and buy their own homes,” he emphasized.
Andriy Godik, First Deputy Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, also emphasized the importance of joint work between all stakeholders to expand lending opportunities for Ukrainians.
Following the meeting, the parties will elaborate proposals that will form the basis for developing additional mortgage lending mechanisms under the ‘yeOselia’ program, improving the program’s terms and conditions, and implementing relevant amendments to the legislation, etc.
We remind you that some regions have compensation programs for certain categories of borrowers. For instance, Lviv Regional State Administration additionally compensates 3% to contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and security forces, war veterans and combatants, and persons with disabilities caused by war.

It was also announced earlier that 18 new developers have joined ‘yeOselia’ since the beginning of the year.
