This was emphasized by Chairman of Management Board at UFHC during his speech at the conference “Navigators of Innovations. Change the rules of the game”, where he shared how it was possible to digitalize one of the most bureaucratic services – mortgage – and create the ‘yeOselia’ program.
During the panel discussion on the synergy between business, government and the public, Chairman of Management Board at UFHC told how the idea arose and how it was possible to develop and implement a “mortgage in a smartphone”, which became a completely innovative product in the state mortgage lending market.
“We wanted to simplify the mortgage process as much as possible, and as a result, ‘yeOselia’ has completely revolutionized the market. Our goal is to make it even more accessible. Our mortgage of the future is a fully digital process, from applying to choosing a home and concluding contracts,” said Ievgen Metsger.
The event was organized by Juscutum law firm in partnership with the IT Ukraine Association. The conference was attended by business leaders, government officials and public figures who implement innovative solutions in their activities.
The participants discussed the digital evolution in business, innovative technologies and their impact on various industries, including innovations that can help traditional businesses adapt to new challenges and remain competitive.
In total, since the launch of the ‘yeOselia’ program, 11,549 loans have been issued for over UAH 18.3 billion. During this time, the program’s terms and conditions have been significantly expanded: mortgages have become widespread, not just for certain categories, it is now possible to buy not only an apartment but also a private house, and 67 developers have already joined the program, which increases the choice of housing under construction for Ukrainians.
