The delegation of Ukrainian Financial Housing Company presented yeOselia programme in Brussels

On 19-20 February, the delegation of UFHC paid a working visit to Brussels to present the state programme of affordable mortgage lending yeOselia to the representatives of the European Banking Federation. The parties also discussed the restoration of financial infrastructure and investments in the housing sector of Ukraine during a roundtable at the European Commission.

‘Over the two years of yeOselia’s operation, more than 15.6 thousand loans totalling almost UAH 26 billion have been issued, which indicates a significant need for the programme among Ukrainians. However, UFHC mortgage financing capabilities need to be scaled up. We need additional resources and involvement of international partners to expand the programme and ensure sustainable financing,’ said Ievgen Metsger, Chairman of the Management Board at UFHC.

The team of UFHC continues an active dialogue with international partners to ensure stable financing of the housing sector and contribute to the economic recovery of Ukraine.
