The Covered Bond & Mortgage Council (CBMC) Management Committee has decided to extend the offer of complimentary Observer Membership of the European Mortgage Federation (EMF) to the Ukrainian Financial Housing Company for the calendar year 2025. UFHC is the only mortgage company from Ukraine represented in this organization.
“We are grateful to the European Mortgage Federation for their trust and support, which is another incentive for the further development of our company. Cooperation with EMF allows us to attract and implement the best European practices in mortgage lending. This is an important step for the development of mortgage lending in Ukraine,” said Ievgen Metsger, Chairman of Management Board at UFHC.
This status allows UFHC to remain an active member of the European mortgage community, share experience with international partners and work on Ukraine’s integration into the European financial environment.
