We are making every effort to ensure that the positive economic effect is tangible,” said Metsger. He also added that since August 1, when the mass mortgage program was launched, three citizens have already purchased their own homes under ‘yeOselia’ with an annual interest rate of 7%.
Nine borrowers have already purchased apartments in houses under construction and 804 have purchased apartments in completed houses from developers. Currently, the three partner banks of the program have accredited eight residential complexes from seven developers where Ukrainians can purchase property rights to an apartment.
