On October 14, the UFHC team, led by Deputy Chairman of the Board Oleg Zhuravlov, met with Steven Borncamp and Viktoria Petrovic from Smarter Finance for EU, as well as Andrii Kitura and Anastasiia Bilanenko from the Green Transition Office.

During the meeting, the participants discussed:

  • key financing instruments for energy-efficient housing;
  • criteria for selecting projects and participants;
  • opportunities to reduce energy costs for future homeowners;
  • international experience in support and guarantees for banks and investors.

The parties agreed to continue cooperation and exchange expertise to explore and implement innovative approaches in the field of green mortgages and financing of energy-efficient housing in Ukraine.
