Members of Management Board of UFHC held a meeting with the heads of Norwegian companies Itera, Moelven and Eksfin in order to discuss the possibilities of implementing the pilot project “Housing for Ukraine”.
The pilot project is planned to be implemented in three regions: Kyiv, Poltava, and Kirovohrad. It will be aimed at providing housing for people who were forced to leave their homes and move to other settlements due to russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine. The Project includes the provision of land plots for construction by the communities, the opportunity to purchase Moelven’s residential buildings under ‘yeOselia’ program and the creation of favorable conditions for the full integration of IDPs into the new social environment.
Participants of the meeting discussed the potential role of UFHC in the “Housing for Ukraine” project. Parties also emphasized the importance of implementing this project and outlined the next steps.
