Oleg Zhuravlov, Deputy Chairman, held a working meeting with Axelle Nos, Head of the French Development Agency (AFD) office in Ukraine.
Oleg Zhuravlov provided an overview of UFHC’s activities and presented the achievements of the yeOselia program, which has become one of the most successful state mortgage lending programs, even during the ongoing full-scale war.
Ms. Axelle Nos shared insights on AFD’s work in Ukraine, noting that the agency aims to provide financial support through loans, grants, or guarantees, as well as technical assistance to public or private enterprises, banking institutions, associations, or organizations.
The parties discussed potential areas of cooperation, including collaboration with the Society for Promotion and Participation in Economic Cooperation (PROPARCO) and Expertise France, the international technical cooperation agency. They also explored the possibility of support within the framework of Ukraine Investment Framework.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants agreed on further joint efforts to support UFHC in securing guarantees and financing under Ukraine Investment Framework, as well as on discussions with Expertise France regarding the company’s needs.
