Under affordable mortgage program ‘yeOselia’, 1508 families were able to purchase their own housing worth over UAH 2060.5 million. Most loans were granted to contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and law enforcement officers – 1204. Also, 141 doctors, 141 teachers and 22 scientists took advantage of the program at 3% per annum.
Leaders in terms of the number of purchased apartments are Kyiv (209 apartments) and Kyiv region (367 apartments). Volyn (114 apartments), Rivne (95 apartments), Vinnytsia (81 apartments) and Chernihiv (79 apartments) regions are also in great demand among borrowers. ‘yeOselia’ covers the geography of almost all of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories and combat zones.
State program continues its work by raising additional funds on the open financial market. Government and UFHC are working to increase the amount of funding for ‘yeOselia’.
The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and UFHC. The latest information on the work of ‘yeOselia’ and the status of its implementation is systematically updated on the website of UFHC.
